We offer multiple secure payment methods for your convenience and safety.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, online payment through JazzCash/EasyPaisa, and credit/debit cards. All major payment methods are processed securely.
All online transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. We do not store your complete card details. Payment information is processed through secure payment gateways.
COD is available for all orders. Payment must be made in PKR at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for a smooth transaction.
For bank transfers, please contact our customer service for account details. Orders will be processed after payment confirmation. Please send payment proof via WhatsApp.
All payments are verified before order processing. For online payments, you’ll receive instant confirmation. Bank transfers may take 1-2 business days to verify.

Refunds are available within 3 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging intact.
To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your order details. After approval, return the product to our office. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details for refund processing.
Opened software packages, damaged products due to misuse, and products purchased during final sale events are non-refundable. Warranty claims are handled separately.
Product must be in original condition, unused and unopened. All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included. Product must not show signs of use or wear.

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
To start a refund request, please contact our customer support team at support@alrafiq.pk (or your provided contact number) with your order ID and photos of the product. Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days for major cities and 5 to 7 working days for remote areas. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery location.
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once the package arrives.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal care products, unsealed accessories, or items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged. Please check the specific product description for any non-returnable tags before purchasing.
